I can assist on a raft of criminal charges. I can accept all matters on legal aid, excluding charges that carry a life sentence or if you are liable for preventive detention. The charges I can assist with include:

Drug charges, be it possession of, supplying, offering to supply, or manufacturing controlled substances. That can range from Class A (methamphetamine or cocaine), Class B (MDMA, GHB or GBL), to Class C (cannabis or drug analogues).
Please note that I cannot accept Class A drug charges that carry a life sentence on Legal Aid

Violence charges, from common assault, male assaults female, assault on a person in a family relationship and assault with intent to injure, through to more serious charges of injuring with intent to injure or wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

Dishonesty charges, such as shoplifting, theft, conversion of a motor vehicle, fraud, burglary and robbery.

Firearms charges, including unlawful possession of firearm and/or ammunition or discharging a firearm.

Driving charges, including driving while disqualified, driving with excess breath or blood alcohol and careless driving.

I can assist with matters before the Parole Board, including seeking a release on parole or dealing with recall

If you have been disqualified or suspended from driving, you may be able to obtain a limited licence or work licence. You can contact me to see if you are eligible and get the process started.

I can assist with issues arising around firearms licencing. This includes appealing decisions made by police to decline your firearms licence, suspend your firearms licence, or revoke your firearms licence. These issues are time sensitive, so it is best you obtain legal advice as early as possible.
